What we actually do
Most of our work falls into three buckets: management information systems
that run an organisation's day-to-day operations, point-of-sale software for
people selling over a counter, and ecommerce for people selling online. Around
those sit the services that make them work - hosting, payment gateways,
messaging, mobile apps and search visibility.
We are not a large firm and we do not pretend to be. Projects are run by the
people who build them. That is why our clients still reach the same person
five years after go-live.
The handloom connection
Over the years a substantial share of our work has come from the handloom and
craft sector - trusts, foundations, producer companies and craft brands, many
of them around Maheshwar in Madhya Pradesh and further afield in Bihar and
Maharashtra.
That sector taught us things no generic ERP knows: that stock can be
one-of-one, that wages are calculated per piece, that production is spread
across village clusters, and that a grant report needs numbers a spreadsheet
cannot reliably produce. We now bring that understanding to every craft
organisation we work with.
See what we build for the sector.
How we price
Scope, milestones and price go in writing before work begins. Changes are
quoted before they are built. There are no per-user licence surprises and no
annual increase you find out about at renewal time.
Where your data lives
On your server or on hosting we manage for you - your choice. Either way the
data is exportable at any time and it belongs to you. We have never held a
client's data hostage and we are not about to start.
